Centennial Adult Care Center is designed to fill the gap between living alone at home, or with a caregiver, and full-time institutionalization in a costly nursing facility. Fun, activity filled days and time spent with new friends brings a smile back to senior's faces. Centennial Adult Care Center offers a full range of Adult Day Health Care and in-home services to individuals with a wide variety of physical disabilities and/or cognitive impairments, including advanced Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Fifty Forward Adult Day Services in Brentwood provides social groups, activities and exercise five days a week. Fees are based on a sliding scale and transportation is provided.
Fifty Forward Adult Day Services in Nashville provides social groups, activities and exercise five days a week. Fees are based on a sliding scale and transportation is provided.
Knowles Adult Day Service provides adult day care five days a week that includes two meals and a snack. Fees are based on a sliding scale and transportation is provided.
The Club at Abe's Garden provides programming for seniors with dementia with a wide range of hours available.
